If you have read any of my blogs post, you will notice at i rarely write article that sucks!

Why? I’m so obsessed with writing that I know when to change styles so my readers never gets bored reading.

Well the big deal is I didn’t just get there! My style of writing is as a result of Personal Research and hard work.

Writing isn’t easy compared to creating a blog! especially producing a long term, research intensive, compelling blog post

Years back in High School, writing was a nightmare especially in class quiz where we are told to write essays on various topics

Such betraying moments!

Probably you’ve been in the same situation as me back then.

The article is focused on a method of writing long form blog post. I show you the exact process that I used to improve my own writing, and the process that you can use to do the same.

Regardless of how awful you are at blogging, how horrible of a writer you are, or how limited your knowledge of blogging, I’m determined to help you improve.

I am going to share you the secret

You may have the ideas in your mind but the important point is to convey those ideas from mind to the blog.

Blogging writing great content in large quantity, so if you find the way to write that content at more efficient rate, it will make your job much easier.

And we all know that having unique content on your blog will bring in more readers, and also make your readers to trust your post.

Write Down Great Ideas

Great ideas can come in mind any time and we must ensure to have such a system which can capture the moments before they slip away.

“When you write down your ideas you automatically focus your full attention on them. Few if any of us can write one thought and think another at the same time. Thus a pencil and paper make excellent concentration tools.”

Michael Leboeuf

One of the simplest but most powerful habits I have established in my life in the past few years is to write things down. Why is it so important?

Have you ever had an idea that you thought was so great it must be unforgettable, so you didn’t bother to write it down… then you forgot what it was?

If you don’t have a way to keep track of your ideas almost all of the time, you are bound to forget something sooner or later. Is risking the loss of a remarkable idea worth not doing something as simple as writing it down?

Srinivas Rao a writer at medium explained how always carrying a notebook around, can help prepare you for when you get random ideas, but there is more to recording your ideas than just being able to write down them randomly, and not forgetting them.

Make sure to write these points down somewhere:

Writing down your ideas makes them nearly impossible to forget.

Focus On One Topic At A Time

When it is the time to write an article, just focus on the topic you are writing about.

While it may be tempting to move back and forward as ideas can pop up into the mind and hence consumes more time to create a final product.

Yes ideas can come, quite alright but you got to keep focus.

Not keeping focus can kill your mood to right, your ambition to write.

I’d advice you focus on a Topic at a time.

Keep Paragraph short an Simple

Paragraphs have huge impact in writings. You’d doubt but its true!

It helps in keeping the readers mind focused. How many times do you read paragraphs that is so intense, You get bored reading right!

A large opening paragraph at the start of an article is a huge barrier to entry. Your reader has to wade through a large wall of text before determining if the article is really interesting and worth reading. This requires a large expenditure of effort. Most people won’t bother.

Keep your opening short and punchy. A one-sentence or two-sentence leading paragraph is an easy buy-in. You can skim it and read it in barely more time than it would take to scroll past.

Start with something short and easy to engage with. Prove to your reader that you’re providing value, then ask them to expend effort.

Short paragraphs, on the other hand, are tantalizing. They’re easy. They feel like an accomplishment.

You always want to read just one more — your eye gets drawn down the page. So break your text up. Keep your reader chasing the words from paragraph to paragraph. Pace them. Give them space between ideas.

Note: keeping paragraph short does not mean that your writing can’t be stylistic and beautiful. Do not make the mistake that short must be bland. I thought that once, and I was wrong. Short means strong and precise

When you’re brief, your words aren’t simple and cheapened. They’re potent.

Engage with Stories

Stories! How could I ever forgot.

Have you ever read an article that stories are included! could be true story or fantasy.

You never get bored reading cause it’s so exciting and you really want to read couple of more of the article.

People loves stories. Its part of our culture.

One of the best way to capture your readers interest is to bring it to real life leaving.. Stories can actually do that.

Stories are a brilliant way to start up an article. They’re equally brilliant ways to illustrate a point.

They don’t have to be excessive and garish to be effective. Tell me in your article about a specific tool you recommend using, and then tell me a story about how you used it yourself and what it did for you. Short, simple, to the point, but suddenly your article is human.

You probably should go try it out in your next writings and watch your conversions speaks

Outline Your Article

Outlining the points for the article is important and useful as it allows to see all the pieces of the article and hence makes it easier to craft it together in the whole article.

This will also help in creating the appropriate links in between for any other article.

Finally, an outline will let you know, if the idea is meaningful enough to create a full fledged article as sometimes ideas in our mind turn out not to be so beneficial as it seems to be before writing.

In today’s digital world, you can’t afford to write articles that is easily ignored.

However, it takes time to craft messaging that your audience will want to engage with.

Keep these few tips in mind the next time you create content.
